How to increase windows 7 speed

Windows 7 is very fast then all other old version of windows like vista and xp,But it depend on the user how they rate windows 7.Many users who install this operating system in there old PC with 1 or 2GB ram and all other old features may face this speed problem because windows 7 is made to give user ultimate graphics and experience.

Switching to Windows Classic Theme

Windows 7 is having lot of graphics which make PC speed slow but old classic theme of windows 7 is very fast with no graphic.

For switching to Windows Classic Theme Follow below steps-

Right Click On Your Desktop and select Personalize
Now Lot of themes will start appearing in new window
Scroll down And You will see Windows Classic Theme Click On It
After Clicking On It Wait For Some minutes
Finally you switched to classic theme

Disabling Useless Graphic Features

To disable Useless Graphic Features Of Windows 7 follow below steps-

Right Click On My Computer and Select Properties option
Now Click On Advanced System Settings from left pane.
Click On advance tab.
Select Setting button under performance
Now un tick all the options and select only the last four options and save it.

Disabling the Search Indexing Feature

Most of us don't search every time on our PC,but windows 7 automatic search function keep searching files on our PC by which when we want't to search any file in our PC we can get it quickly.This feature is taking lot of emery of our PC by which our PC slow Down.

To disable this features follow below steps-

Right Click on Computer and select manage.
Now Click On Services and Applications
Now Click On Service Icon.
You can see now lot of services
Find Windows Search from the list and choose “Properties”.
From StartUp Type Click On Drop Menu And Select Disable Option.

Disable Windows 7 Sidebars (gadgets)

Right click on the sidebar and select ” Properties “.
On the properties windows untick the check box showing ” Start sidebar when Windows Starts “
From now on windows sidebar won’t start when windows 7 start up.

You will notice the speed difference now.
